Some parts shine, others fall flat

The location is fantastic! ! Walking distance to major attractions, and the clean rooms are a huge plus for relaxation after exploring.

Internet connectivity was spotty at best, which was quite disappointing during my stay.

We had a sweet as stay, but the elevator was slow as, and the breakfast timing was off — get there early or miss out. The staff were friendly and helpful!

This place is super central with loads of food spots around. The staff are genuinely nice and helped with all my questions. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread each morning. Just a small thing tho, the shower pressure could’ve been better at times.

I loved the cozy vibes and the refreshing pool that helped me unwind after a busy day. The spa services were also a great way to relax and recharge. The only thing I noticed was that the towels could use a bit of softening up. 😊

Had a blast staying with friends! The location was spot on, super close to attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Tao Dan Park. Rooms were clean and comfy, with lovely staff always smiling and ready to help. Don't skip breakfast – seriously, the omelets are a must-try! Perfect base for exploring the city.

One small issue was the visibility of toiletries. I only found them on the last day as they were tucked away in the cabinet. This could be frustrating for new guests.

The desk was too small for my needs but the water bottles were a nice touch.

The Deluxe Double Room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location puts you right in the heart of everything, with major attractions within walkable distance.

The breakfast area is cramped, making it a game of Tetris to navigate without bumping into fellow guests. The elevator is perpetually slow, often leading us to opt for the stairs to the fifth floor. the sink design has a flaw that leaves water accumulating on the sides—definitely a nuisance. And, if you're counting on reliable Wi-Fi for work, think again. it’s more of a challenge than a connection here.

The room was clean and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning and good lighting. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the presence of a USB charging point near the desk was very convenient for my work needs. Mr Huy, a staff member, provided friendly and valuable suggestions for local attractions, enhancing my experience in the city.

The breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider variety of options.
